  1. Prepare 1 can Canned tuna
  2. Take 1/2 Onion
  3. Take 2 bunches Mizuna greens

  6. Take 3 tbsp Chinese chicken stock powder

  8. Prepare 1 tbsp Soy sauce

  2. Add 5 ladles full of the pasta boiling water and the stock powder. Add the mizuna and boil until wilted.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. If the flavour is too weak, add a little more. You can add white wine too, if you'd like.
  4. Transfer the boiled pasta to serving plates, and pour the soup on top. There's no need to mix or stir-fry everything in the frying pan.
  5. Top with some shredded nori and wasabi to finish Mix everything well on the plates, and enjoy.
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
