1. Boil water for pasta, prepare as directed on box, al dente preffered…
2. Once water is boiling, add pasta and 1 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Stir occasionally.
3. While pasta is cooking, prepare sauce. In medium frying pan add 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
4. Next, add 2 Cans of Tuna, water included.
5. Add raisins, Parsley, salt and pepper.Stir well and continue to saute for 7 +/- minutes until Raisins are softened and all ingredients are gently heated.
6. Strain pasta once cooked. Place serving on plate. Top off with a 1/4 of the Tuna sauce.
7. Generously Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese over all. Garnish with a Sprig of Fresh Parsely and Enjoy!
