The ingredients needed to make Tuna Pasta:
  1. Make ready 4 servings desired Pasta
  2. Prepare 2 cans (5 oz each) Tuna drained
  3. Prepare 1 can (8 oz) Sliced Mushrooms drained
  4. Make ready 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  5. Take 1 tsp Ground (Cayenne) Red Pepper
  6. Take 1 tsp Chili Powder
  7. Take 1 tsp Parsley
  8. Take 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic in Water
  9. Prepare Lemon Juice
  10. Get Vinegar (White Balsamic or Apple Cider)
Instructions to make Tuna Pasta:
  1. In one pot, boil water and fully cook pasta. Then strain. I prefer using Linguine noodles.
  2. In a skillet, while pasta is cooking, add Oil and Tuna, stir to mix together. Cook on medium heat.
  3. Add all four Spices and Mushrooms then stir together. Cook completely.
  4. Add 2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice and 2 Tbsp of Vinegar then let simmer until liquids are mostly gone.
  5. Top tuna mix on pasta. Splash with desired amount of lemon juice and vinegar and enjoy!
  6. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
