  1. In a massive bowl, soak clay pot for a minimum of 30 minutes. Prepare your ribs by patting them dry with paper towel. Remove the membrane from the back side of the ribs using the handle from a spoon.

  7. Remove ribs and add sauce. Return to oven for the remainder of the time. Add more sauce if you so desire.
  8. Plate and serve.
