Instructions to make Augratin Potatoes with Polsa Kielbasa:
  1. Wash & chop/cut herbs, onion, garlic
  2. Peel and slice potatoes. Wash again
  3. Mix oil, basil,rosemary, thyme, half garlic…minced, salt & pepper in a 1 gallon ziplock baggie.
  4. Add potato slices. Shake and saturate the potatoes.
  5. Preheat oven to 450°
  6. Place potatoes in a single layer on cookie sheets. Cook 5 minutes. Flip over and cook 5 more minutes.
  7. Grate cheese & slice polsa Kielbasa into half inch slices.
  8. In a large casserole dish mix potatoes and all remaining ingredients.
  9. Cover and cook at 450° for 20 minutes
  10. Remove cover. Stir and top with shredded cheese, parsley, & bacon
  11. Cook uncovered for 15 to 20 more minutes.
  12. Makes enough to feed a small army (or 3 teenage boys)
  13. NOTE: I like to brown the cut sausage in a frying pan. It's good either way.
  14. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
