  2. In a separate mixing bowl, beat egg whites until it forms a snow (stiff peaks). Add lemon juice and Allulose.
  3. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the snow.
  4. Use a TBSP to scoop cookie dough. Roll them in the powdered sugar. Repeat.
  5. Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes (on 350°) Or until the edges are done or the tops begin to crackle.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Sprinkle more powdered sugar. And voila!
