  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Half and deseed peppers. Place in baking pan.
  3. Brown turkey or beef. Drain.
  4. Mix in jar of salsa and seasonings. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Stuff mixture into pepper halves. Spoon 2 tbs of tomato sauce on top of peppers. Sprinkle parmasan cheese on top.
  6. Mix tomatoe soup and pour into baking pan. Don't fill past the tops of peppers.
  7. Cover and bake for 60 mins.
  8. Ready to serve and ENJOY!
