- Preheat the oven to 180 Β° C.
- Take a mold (I use a 24cm diameter springform pan) and cover the bottom with baking paper. Butter and sprinkle it with flour. Spread the shortcrust pastry in the mold and prick the bottom with a fork.
- Sprinkle the pie shell with almond powder.
- Place the well-drained rhubarb on the dough.
- Sprinkle the rhubarb with sugar (optional).
- Bake at 180 Β° C for about 35 minutes.
- Let the pie cool completely to room temperature befor serving it.
